Britney Spears and her boyfriend, Sam Asghari, are speculated to be engaged following the couple spotted in Los Angeles. The two were seen grabbing a coffee outside Starbucks.
Britney and Asghari’s engagement rumors sparked following the “Till The World Ends” singer was seen with a ring. Daily Mail reported the 39-year-old singer was spotted grabbing a coffee from in LA on Sunday; while she was picking up her coffee via car, there appeared to be a diamond ring on her ring finger.
The couple has not confirmed the speculation neither declined it; however, the question is, is Britney allowed to get engaged amid her conservatorship battle? That could be the reason the couple hasn’t talked about it.
Britney’s conservatorship legal battle started in June when she finally spoke about the matter in court for the first time in years. During the time, the “Hold It Against Me” singer made several allegations.
Britney said,
“I would like to progressively move forward and I want to have the real deal. I want to be able to get married and have a baby. I have an [IUD] inside of myself so I don’t get pregnant. They don’t want me to have children – any more children.”
Well, it’s clear Britney Spears wants to start a new phase in her relationship with her longtime boyfriend, but if the conservatorship is all that is holding her up, according to the singer herself.
