Matthew Mindler, "Our Idiot Brother" child actor, was found dead in a wooded area in Manor Township following the search for the missing person. The investigating team is still looking for the cause of death, but later it was ruled he died by suicide.
Following Mathew Mindler's body was found in the wood, the Lancaster Country Coroner's officer, Eric Bieber, wrote,
"Dear Campus Community, it is with a grieving heart that I let you know of the death of 19-year-old Mathew Mindler from Hellertown, Pennsylvania. a first-year student at Millersville University. Our thoughts of comfort and peace are with his friends and family during this difficult time."
The statement continued, "A search had been underway for Mathew since Thursday after he was reported missing. Millersville University Police and law enforcement agencies from the area had been searching for him since that time. Matthew Mindler was found deceased this morning, Saturday, August 28 in Manor Township near campus."

Eric added, "Mathew Mindler was transported to the Lancaster County Forensic Center by the coroner for further investigation. This is a time of grief for the family, our campus, and the community. I ask that the campus community come together to support each other and our students during this difficult time."
Matthew Mindler was known for his role in the 2011 movie "Our Idiot Brother," with Elizabeth Banks, Paul Rudd, and Zooey Deschanel. Moreover, the child actor was also played in "Chad: An American Boy," and many more.
Son of James M. Mindler and Monica Giannini Mindler, Matthew Mindler, was brother to Derek Mindler; Daniel Bearer Mindler died at the age of 19 by suicide. The child actor was born on November 23, 2001.
